syncing account
Hi I have FitDay 2.0 and a premium account online so that I can sync between home and work. Is anyone else having trouble syncing? Everytime I try, It gets as far as searching for changes, then it stops and cancels and says "Your fitday.com account already contains entries". What use is it to have premium if you can't sync them. Anyone else have this problem? Have contacted customer service, but as of right now they are not much help.

I am having the exact same problem. I just upgraded to 2.0 as a long time 1.0 user. I then upgraded my old, derelict online account to premium status so I could start enjoying the sync feature. Alas, everytime I try to sync i get the dreaded:
"Your FitDay.com web account already contains entires."
I have never successfully synced anything. I'm still waiting to hear back from support on the email I sent about this...

I had this problem last year when I first signed up as a Premium Member.
One or the other of the accounts needs to be empty.
So for me, I had entries in my online account I did not want to get rid of....So I started with a fresh FitDay PC account.
Once my PC account had nothing in it, I did a sync and it worked wonderfully
