fiber
I know how many grams of protein I need, and where to stay on target for carbs and saturated fat. But what I don't know is how many grams of fiber a day is a good goal. Are they any guidelines for this that anyone knows of or what the daily goal should be? Thanks.

According to webmd.com, 25 grams per day for women and 38 grams per day for men. Start slowly to add fiber, so you can increase fiber gradually. Some sources are vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and beans. Nutrition labels on foods will list fiber grams.
