Recipe - Energy Bites
Energy Bites
Makes 3 Dozen
1 cup oats
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge before rolling into 1" balls (or the size you like). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Jenai - I don't have the nutritional info on this one. I make them for my son, so I never plug in the info here on fitday. I make the Cookie Dough Bites for myself
