Default Non-fat Greek Yogurt

I recently discovered how great and versatile non-fat plain Greek yogurt is! You can mix it with a bit of honey if you want a nice dessert (especially with fruit on top) and use it as sour cream.

I made veggie tacos the other night and put the yogurt on to substitute as sour cream--it tasted better! I highly recommend it.

I like it because it has so much protein and no fat!

Thumbs up

Yes, and also low-carb, low-sugar and lots of calcium. Especially great for women dieters

A cup of non-fat (Oikos brand) yogurt has 9 grams of carbohydrate. It's not exactly 'low-carb' but it is lower carb than any of the fruity non-fat yogurts. That's because they contain sugar.
