Who's got just 10-15 Pounds?

I haven't weighed myself, yet . But since the purpose of this thread is to stay accountable, I will weigh and post on Wed... our usual post-it day. I suspect I am up a bit with the lack of activity over the holidays.
I would like to go into Christmas with a little room to spare, so I best get things under control for the next 4 weeks.

Morning everyone..forgot to weigh in yesterday so here it is. Up another lb to 114.9. Have not worked out or gotten back on track, holiday party is Dec 14th and I need to step it up to fit into my dress! T.o.m is lurking around the corner, I will feel a lot more energized once that's over with.

134 for two days in a row... hoping this starts a downward trend... aiming to get under 130...I'd like to try for 125 but that might be a bit small for me. I'm between 5'4" and 5'5", average build and 52 yo. Have recently been really strict about no sugar, lower carb, no caffeine (which means sigh no chocolate) and no diet drinks. I am doing this to combat panic attacks I have been having lately and it is working. This is really helping me feel better in general, as well as helping me drop a pound or two.

hmmm, up 4lbs to 136... do I detect a trend? I really need to get back to 132 before Christmas week.
I have a business trip coming up so I will attempt to treat it like a stay at a health spa rather than a vacation where I can eat anything I want.
I'll keep ya posted.
Have a great day everyone

still the same 143.5. Went with a couple friends to Killington, VT. Ate OK, we all brought healthy snacks and made decent food choices. Skiing burns a ton of calories, but Alcohol and its empty calories were my diet killer over the 3 days. Kinda hard to resist the beautiful bloody mary with the big big olives and a lime that was waiting for me at the breakfast table! LOL
Its all good though. I knew that it would be a tough weekend food and drink wise, and make just OK decisions and did not worry about them. Came home without a gain. My mind
is in a good place... the upcoming Christmas parties that are on my calendar dont faze me in the least. I have no interest in having any cocktails again until new years eve, and I plan to eat before going to the upcoming festivities.
I think heading into last weekend, just relaxing and going with it, with the idea that it was my big hurrah was good for me. I didnt go crazy, but I did overdo it a bit, and now its out of my system and I am really pumped to move forward. Definitely a change in behavior from a year ago. 12 months ago I was depressed, pissed off, and my clothes didnt fit. Fast forward to the present... I am 2 sizes smaller today and much healthier. I dont want to go back to that feeling, ever.... Thanks to all of you for helping me stay in check!

Good morning all, back down to 111.4 today. I've been doing intermittent fasting for the past 5 days, will give it the rest of the month before I decide weather or not this approach works. If any else has tried this, any insight would be great! My eating window is between 2pm and 7pm then I fast overnight for 19 hrs until the window opens again.
