Lean Pockets have hydrogenated oil
Back when I was heavier I used to eat a lot of lean pockets. I thought at the time that I was saving some calories that way at least. I don't eat them very often now because they're almost 300 calories per sandwich and I can usually find a better calorie deal than that.
I just happened to have some in the freezer though and I looked at the ingredients list and they have hydrogenated oil. That's now going on my "never buy again unless they change the recipe" list.
Shame on Nestle for marketing something with hydrogenated oil as if it were healthy!

Yup, shame indeed. Lately there's been a lot of commercials pushing Cheerios as a healthy food. I don't even have to look at the Nutrition Facts to know that there are way better choices for breakfast than Cheerios.
