Pam – as noted on the 10 to 15 thread YAY! You’ve pushed and won. Hope you can cope with the MCL stuff – is swimming an option?
Peterson, you seem familiar, I wonder how long you will last.
Spinning today – I had a slight headache (I think allergies in the sinuses), and couldn’t give my all – but after telling myself that – I pushed durned hard. And a few crunches.
Hoping to behave all weekend!

Well I have been to the gym a few times since I last posted, but have been busy and forgot to check in. I feel if I do so, it keeps me accountable, so I will have to make more of an effort to do so.
I hit the gym early this morning, because I was going down to London as a friend was running in the London marathon. Inspiring watching everyone, I have applied a few times with no success-who knows.
Today's quick effort:
Cross trainer- 45 minutes, 3.54 miles (40 mins level 13, 5 mins level 6).
Bike-20.06 minutes, 6 miles( level 10).
Half mile walk-10.16 minutes.

Went for a "dry" run of the 1/2 marathon course for next weekend and ended up running 13.58 miles- felt great to go that far. The temps were hitting about 70* towards the end and I had plenty of water with me- I'm definitely ready for next Saturday
I also went to big swap meet this morning and walked about 3 miles and I'm hoping to squeeze in a bike ride later on today.

Dave – sounds like a great workout – marathon runners are amazing! We just had the Boston here, and it’s great what it does for the city.
Great “dry run” SW – I’ll be rooting for you!
Tunnrida – old faithful!
For me it was a lot of yard work over the weekend, and today a good fast mile followed by weight lifting. Exhaustion is harder to reach now!

In Portland OR this week (you gotta get here if you haven't - wonderful city). Managed a 20minute CrossFit-like workout in the fitness center and 20 fast run around the area. I am usually pretty bad about execising when I travel, but I am off to a good start... we'll see how the rest of the week goes.
Keep strong everyone!

Just cardio again this morning. I enjoy using the weights, but I can only really use them if I have plenty of time.Maybe I need to set aside a day to make them a priority.

Cross trainer-33 minutes, 2.5 miles( levels 8 and 12).
Bike-20.10 minutes, 6 miles( level 10).
Walk- 19.16 minutes, 1 mile.
