Some questions....
Hi everyone...I'm new here. I have a few questions.
How can I calculate the amount of calories I should eat each day? What else should I look out for?
Does how active I am in a day affect how much I can eat that day?
Also, I put highly active on my profile. I sit a lot of the time at work, but walk about 9 or 10 miles a day on Monday-Friday. Is that highly active?
I seem to be stuck at 173 (My high weight last year was 193) and can't seem to get below it. Any help would be great.
I just started doing the Biggest Loser workout DVD's.
Thanks for the info. This seems like a great site. I jsut signed up, so I have a lot to learn.

If you go through the weight goal section on this site and track your food intake and activities, it will tell you how many more calories you need to burn vs. how many you eat for your weight loss goal. Although how accurate that is seems to be a bit of a mystery to me. I track my calories and burn in a couple of different ways, and truthfully they never agree, especially the calorie burn numbers. On this site my workouts tend to be around 600-800 calories, but on the Wii Fit Plus I'm lucky to hit more than 450. Good luck!
