I wasnt sure about it because I am afriad of failing, but I am going to give this a shot! My weight right now is hovering between 255 and 260 so I will just take 260 and make my goal 26 pounds! I am excited and will stick with this! I look forward to seeing everyones progress.

Way to go! Might as well go for it. You've got nothing to lose but pounds!

I'm about 157lb. 10% (16lb) is probably a bit too much for my frame to lose ( especially since I'm looking to build strength and muscle). 141lb just sounds too small. Therefore I might declare victory at 10lb but I'm in... getting 10lb will be hard enough.

I will sign in tomorrow morning, since Friday is my weigh in day. Canada Day will be my ending day, which just happens to fall on a Friday as well.

My Starting weight is 244.4, so that means 24.4 to lose. This will be my first challenge, looking forward to it! Oh, as an added incentive I joined a learn to run group - ending in a 5k race on July 1st.

Default Count me in for a July 1st Canada Day Goal

I am so excited about setting another goal and working with my fitday friends. I am hoping the spring weather will bring with it more outdoor activity and cheery faces.

As I haven't weighed myself this week, I will weigh-in in the morning and set my goal for July 1st.

July 1st, July 4th, it's all good! Glad to see you in on this challenge, Jacqueline.

I agree, this is going to be a great spring and summer for outdoor activities. I've got some climbs and hikes planned and will get my mt. bike out soon.

Regards,
Michael

I had my weeklyweigh in today so I will be starting the challenge at 305.2 lbs. That means I have 31 lbs to lose by the 4 th of July. Thanks for making this challenge - I love the idea of setting smaller goals for myself!

Tasha, you can do it!

Don't forget to add/update your info in the Challenge Check-in thread.
