Default Low-fat veggie fried rice

Hi, fellow dieters...

I'm preparing low-fat veggie fried rice for four with these ingredients...

Parboiled rice
Trader Joe's asparagus stir-fry with mushroom and onion
(2) garlic cloves
Veggie cooking spray
(1) egg
Powdered ginger
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Cayenne pepper

What is the calorie per 1 1/4 cup serving?

Take the nutrition information from the Trader Joe's package - for the whole package. Then do the same for the rice. Add the nutrition information for an egg. Add this total as a custom food and say 4 servings in the label. Then, when you eat a serving, report it as 0.25 serving, because it is 1/4 of all of that.

Rice is good for digesting. Vegetable, egg or chicken fried rice. I also like to add lemon and ginger. Also good with soya sause.

That sounds interesting, I've never cooked anything like that. It's quarantine time, so I'm trying to cook more on my own. Turns out I'm allergic to some foods, now I'm thinking about what to replace them with.
