Sunday did 1 mile. 1 mile mon. + 30 min cardio, 3.25 mi tues. ,wed. 5 miles, + 20min....

WALKING STATS; Sat.-Fri. miles
4 , 1, 1, 3.25, 5, 1, 5 ; =20.25 total miles for this week had a little strenght training & some additional cardio, & still GAINED 1 lb.!!URGHHH.
