I had the most amazing incentive. My doctor said "diabetes medication". Snapped everything into perspective. I've still got 54 lbs. to go, but going totally sugar free really helps.

I am down 18 pounds in 28 days. Only 4 lbs away from leaving the "obese BMI" category and into the "overweight category".

Doctor has also backed off putting me on diabetes medication.

Depends on your tolerance for artificial sweeteners. It does have Splenda and Sorbitol. In some people those two can trigger migraines or IBS symptoms.
