Michael, My calorie intake is about 1,300- and i may try upping it to 1,500. I'm at 193.6 this morning which was a nice sight to see. Hopefully i'll be at 193 after this weekend :)

Weighed in this week at 194.6 down a few from the 197 from last week....hopefully it will keep going down. I am going away this weekend- which is a trigger for me (birthday/anniversdary getaway).

well, i again had a failing week. I weighed in this morning at 197 which is the highest i've been in awhile. Seeing it near that 200 mark was frightening.... I really did work out last week- 4 times...
