All of the suggestions are excellent dieting advice, but I get a feeling that the finer points of dieting are not going to help you because something about 'all that dieting details' just seems too...

I just wanted to add to this that the yoga without the prayer to God will still bring you closer to "yourself within the universe". And probably still have a beneficial effect to negate cravings......
