I used to weigh-in weekly...I switched to weighing in the first of each month. It's just a number after all and it shouldn't be the only measurement you take to track your progress.

I finished in 2 hours 44 minutes.
It was 8 miles of mud, water, sand and obstacles.

I think I would have done better if I was able to...

Thanks for the advice! My mom actually has this pump bottle that you put whatever oil you like to use and it pressurizes it to spray. I'm not sure if it's EVOO or plain, but I'll keep it in mind.
