Looking at my fat report over time, the page shows calories and grams, then a pie chart, then an index as to the colors...
My chart said 185 grams, 16 calories, and the pie chart was fine.

Trying to add pork sausage. Opened search, got pork sausage - 1 gram. Changed to 59 g (amount in a serving of target food) and hit recalculate. Revised nutritional values, hit Create this food.

Can you find a new store? Here in the metro Boston area, we routinely pay 5/$5 or 10/$10 for Chobani and a couple other brands. Each cup is 6 oz. I do the canned salmon/sardines too.

I don't think so since I think sugar is already included in the total carb number... There surely is a lot of sugar in our foods, but if you shoot for healthy choices and try to limit total carb...
