It sounds like the problem you are experiencing may be browser related. Try using another browser to see if the problem persists. If switching browsers fixes things, try clearing the cache memory...

Starting a new account would be the easiest way to achieve this. If you want to use your same account, you would need to manually remove all data.

You can open a new account using the same email.
