Avoid pills

There are so many diet pills, but I think please avoid intake of pills. Do exercise and diet. Control on your habits. If you are doing exercise daily then you will get benefits.

You are doing well, but you also take care of your self, if are able to do this then you can.. but if you are not then increase your meal or break fast.
