It's not... it's painful :p

So this morning did a 3 mile run in squad abilities... went from a 28 minutes 3 mile, to 26:31 with a 45 second break half way to do 50 crunches. I'm thoroughly proud...

Being female has nothing to do it <~ I is a female. It's more about your fitness level at the time your doing it, and whether or not you go at the pace of the DVD or your own pace. I went my own pace...

If you want to find the appropriate SAFE weight for you to use if what you have is too easy, you need to be able to do at least 8 repitions of, say, a bicep curl with a dumbell with the last few reps...

For the last month I've been exercising 6 days a week with Insanity, a nd about 3 days out of that week I work out twice a day. Today is one of them.
