im at the end of week one and im already up to...

im at the end of week one and im already up to 50. im feeling great. but with my diet im intaking tons of protein. so i feel like thats why im boosting in muscle mass.

100 Pushup program

Anyone else trying this? It is supposed to get you up to 100 pushups in 6 weeks. I started week 1 day 1 yesterday and its pretty intense so far. Site is hundredpushups.com if anyone is interested....

I have been dieting about 5 weeks now. VERY LOW CARB. And i have dropped from 260 down to 230. still have another 40-45 lbs to go.
