Hi,
I found a very quick, easy & cheap way of having my veg was buying it frozen. Then all I have to do is weigh it out & stick it into the steamer.

I Cycled for the first time to the gym today...
I Cycled for the first time to the gym today about 2 mile & mostly all uphill, then done about 50 mins of cardio & 10 mins of stretching before riding back home via a 8 mile detour.

I'm a 286 lb male from Cymru.
I was 306 lb at the beginning of June when I first jumped onto the scales.
I started to diet around May, but couldn't find scales that would record my weight....
