tip for good exercise time

6-8am to motivate the metabolism all day.
4-6pm to consump the rest of food in morning and noon.
30 mins before u sleep to consump the rest of food all day:o.

a tip to burn calories effectively

after done ur meat,do not sit within 45 mins,it can keep u from increacing fat in ur body.then,after 45 mins,just walk or do some exercise may burn calories more effecitively.;)
