Cool It took me 9 more days then I expected but I'm at...

It took me 9 more days then I expected but I'm at 268.2 lbs. as of this morning!

That's 75 lbs. in 100 days.... and counting. My Phase 3 will start on July 15 :D

I exercise 5 days a week, 2 hours a day (weather pending), and Monday/Tuesday are my rest days.

You won't build muscle while you exercise, you will build it on your rest day.

REST is as important as EXERCISE.
