I Did it

I have managed to get down to size 34 pants which is my waist goal, plus I have managed to also meet my muscle mass goal. I just have left my belly flab. So I am hoping the next weeks a strict no fat...

Low Fat Banana Raita

1 Banana
1/4 tofu pattie
4 ounces soy milk
1/2 a jalapeno pepper

1. Slice the banana up.
2. Put 2/3 of it in the blender.
3. Slice the tofu up, put it in a blender.

You only observe the diet 6 days a week, but still keep portion control on the seventh day. (That is the first 6.) You can only eat foods with no more than 60 grams...
