Vitamins overload

There are a lot foods that contains Vitamin E such as tofu, broccoli, avocado, shrimps and nuts. As for Vitamin B, there are a lot of Bs so what do you really want to have?

Question Never knew it

I never knew that eating fruit is a bad thing when you are watching your weight. I've always preferred fruits than veggies and since they are nutritious, I've never thought that they are bad....
