I have been on fitday since january it went really well for me i lost 12 pounds got to my goal weight but then didnt maintain it... so im trying to loose about 6 pounds before it...

thanks for ur response Ron and well done for the success you have already experienced I think the whole lifestyle rather than diet idea is exactly right and i am forever trying to make subtle changes...
