There are a lot of programs out on the internet that promote bodyweight exercises. One site that I remember that I used a few years ago was Turbulence Training by Craig Ballyntine. Some good stuff.

As long as we are talking attitude, another way to reset your thinking is do not refer to your eating as a diet. Call it a nutrition plan. Rethinking the words will help reset the attitude.

That is why they recommend there be weightlifting in any attempt to lose weight. Weightlifting builds muscle which burns more calories, even when resting.
