Does anyone know anything about Prediabetes?
Ok had to do a fasting glucose test last week and they found out that my blood sugar was 107 which is considered "Prediabetic". I told my doctor that I am trying to lose weight and that I have lost 7...

I have the same question.
I started using FitDay PC a couple years ago, and then got breast cancer so I stopped using it, and focusing on getting well. Well now I would like to keep all the custom foods and custom activities...
