Good luck - just write everything you eat and the weight will fall off. Try restricting your calories to just those from food rather than all the snack and biscuits etc.

Avoid that sugary snack when you get home by packing a few seeds and have them on the way home. They will fill you with energy and really good fats. No sugar high

I am mum of three too. My answer is to walk for an hour non stop quite fast at least 4 times a week.. It is not just you r belly but your bottom and thighs too that will get firmer
