3 servings of veggies a day? I may have to attack some V8 juice.

I'll shoot for a minimum of six 16.9oz bottles a day (101.4oz). I'll make a conscience decision to eat at least one high fiber food...

Be careful and start off slow. That all depends on the squat. Overhead squat, I don't see it being possible. Front squat is highly unlikely. Back squat may be possible but will probably take a while...

I give up on my scale! Yesterday I weighed 207.6. This morning I got on it and it said 208.6, stepped off, got right back on and 209.6. This thing drives me nuts, so I won't report it so I don't know...
