Ice for 10 minutes a few times a day if possible. I lift and have shoulder therapy, they are the ones that taught me.....its a life saver.

Diet is the answer. There is no other way, period. Lifting is great but EVERY lifter will tell you that your diet and recovery is 80-90% of the game. If you eat like a lifter, weight will come off.

If you enjoy cooking then maybe look into dehydrators. I have one but I only make london broil or deer jerky There is a lotta other things you can make with fruits etc.
