I hear you too. I'm 5'3, and currently 164 pounds. I do the 1400 calory intake a day, and it goes fast. But ...I agree that exercize helps a lot.

I'm a smoker too, and heavy. I would love to quit and I think I will try it with suckers. I eat gum but I don't like to have it long in my mouth, so that won't work. I like the dum dum sucker idea....
