Finished cutting the grass this morning--30 min exercise. Drank 2 glasses of water already so a good start to the day. Now to figure out healthy lunch.

Congrats on the weight loss Jenai! No, I know that I could've done better this week and in order to get a loss I should've exercised more. As Mern said it's not a gain.

Ended up going out for dinner. While we had plenty of meat we didn't have any veggies except for peas in the freezer. I had chicken souvlaki, rice and greek salad. Salty but otherwise not too bad....
