No goals met yesterday (Thursday). I was on the other side of the workshop divide yesterday, running around like crazy assisting the organizers. At least it beat the 10 hours of sitting still the day...

1. Log everything I eat: M=Y, T=Y, W=N
2. Stay between 1200-1400 calories per day: M-1480, T=1430, W=???
3. Exercise at lunch two days this week: 1 done
