Did 30min. weight training (back & shoulders) & 20 min on ellip before work.
I've also been waterskiing & tubing all week after work...pretty dang sore...

Just got back from a BLAST-did 30min...

Just got back from a BLAST-did 30min stretching/calistenics
It was Leg day, so I worked my quads, calves & hams on the weight machines, 40mins.
Then I worked my core with some lumbar extensions and...
