Changing Computers
I noted today that when I signed in on a new computer that I could not access my current information. I assume that there must be some personal files that reside on my computer. When I uograde my computer or use another access point how can I update my information?:

I've accessed fitday from other computers (a library computer, for example) and have not encountered that problem. Is the problem still there?

I have also accessed FitDay from numerous computers. You are referring to the online version, right, as opposed to the PC version?
My advice is to post a screenshot of what you get when you try to do it, so that the tech people can see what's going on. |
