E-Readers for keeping track of recipes

I was wondering if there is anyone here who downloads recipes/cookbooks to use on an e-reader. I was thinking of asking for one for Christmas.
Sometimes I find a recipe online and print it out but don't want to have to buy plastic covers and log it in a book etc.
