When you are logging your dinner on Fitday DURING dinner to see if you need to eat more meat or veggies to balance out your pie chart.

When you eat a meal you bring the packaging from new food items to the dinner table with you to enter your custom food as you eat.

hold the day open a tab with "FitDay" and update your table in every calorie eaten, and valid all food on the kitchen scales
