Apologies - No Bowel Movement since being poorly

I wont go into to details but suffered sickness and tummy trouble friday night through to saturday evening and since then I havnt had any movement. It's now over 60 hours since I last did and just wondering when I should be concerned.

I ate but not alot on saturday and sunday and ate plenty yesterday, I also feel like I need to go in my tummy but nothing happens.

Couldnt find any help on google so hoping I might get some advice on here.
