It has everything to do with your original question. To point you in the right direction it would help to know your situation. The reason why I ask is b/c there is a womens motivational group that runs every week and there is also a group for those looking to lose 100 pounds or more. Feel free to join either, or both. Of course once you get below the 100 pound mark you may still want to hang out with the group. There are people there that needed to drop 100 pounds, have met their goal and continue on there b/c it's like a family to them.
