Default Lean muscle

I always surf YouTube and I found a new member. This dude is LEAN. I've never seen anyone squeeze their bicep and leave an indention from their fingers!

My brother looks a lot like that actually, only he's pasty white with freckles.

do you know what his bf% is? I'm guessing around 6%?

I don't know, but I can ask, I have to call him this week anyway. When he was 5 years old, he broke his leg in a sledding accident, and had to be on crutches for 8 weeks. He's had serious muscle definition in his upper body ever since. In junior high he played football and started lifting weights and by the time he went to college he was using a mixture of protein supplements, a high protein diet and lifting every morning for 60-90 min (I think he's still doing all that and he's been at if for 25 years). He's also one of those people that is naturally thin, and he has food allergies so he never eats wheat, corn, peanuts, citrus fruit or chocolate.
