i'm in scottsdale although i don't think in a million years i could do a 5k.

Weight on 6/20/12 = 245.2 / BMI @ 38.4
Current Weight = 191.8 / BMI @ 30.4
Pounds Lost = 53.4 / BMI - 8.00

5/31/13 Goal = 190 / BMI @ 29.76
Pounds to go = 1.8

Inches lost= 29.25

Goal Weight = 150 / BMI @ 23.49
Pounds to go = 41.8


What I've learned along the way:

Just because no one sees it, doesn't mean it doesn't count

It's a metric measurement that I think is about 3.3 miles??? Anyone with a US conversion would be helpful here. I know that a kilo is about 2.2 pounds, but I'm not sure if 2.2 is the norm for all US/Metric conversions? Like with the Olympics, most public fitness events are measured in metrics because it is what most of the world uses.
