I gained 8 lbs between Halloween and New years. Ugh! So I'm calling "do overs". I started again on the second and have lost 3.5 lbs already. Water weight I'm sure, but I'm still counting it.
For all the food and deserts I ate between Christmas and New Year's it's a wonder I didn't gain any weight. I ate two dozen peanut butter cookies alone. Of course I increased my workouts last week. Since going back to my normal eating habits this week I do feel a lot better.
