An icicle is a better weapon; it'll melt and leave no evidence.

Not that I'm advocating violence .

Good luck, Lizzycritter. Hope it goes okay.

START A "PAPER TRAIL"
If you know your boss's email address I'd send an email, that way it's in writing and date stamped. I'd let your boss know what's going on and also tell your boss that if he/she had the b@lls to actually be a boss and not a friend you wouldn't have to play the "boss". Naturally, how you word that will play a huge part in how it's taken. Don't say it as I did.

They say that the squeeky wheel gets the grease but sometimes the squeeky wheel gets replaced. It's better to leave on your terms and not theirs. I say this b/c all too often someone will complain and they are retaliated (sp?) against. CYA!

I have, but I don't think I could reach deep enough to hit a vital structure... did I say that out loud? LOL

Seriously though, thanks everyone for giving me an outlet. Talked to the manager, she's supposed to have a talk with the person in question, and we are FINALLY (yay!) hiring a 2nd assistant, we used to have 2 but didn't replace the one that left end of summer since we were entering the slow season. So after this week, we won't be on the schedule at the same time any more. I don't expect an apology, don't want one that's not sincere anyway. We'll see how it goes I suppose. It was nice to hear the manager say I'm valuable and she doesn't want to lose me, but the resume has been updated anyway.

When it comes to dispute resolution, nobody does it better than my personal ombudsman, Frank Costanza! I can send you his number if you like. http://festivusweb.com/images/frank%20costanza%20festivus.jpg
