Anybody tried out those butt enhancing creams?
I been hitting the squats hard for a good few months and I've got some great results on my butt. But recently, I've hit a plateau where I don't see much growth. It's pretty frustrating as I was nearly at the shape that I wanted to be.
So I've been looking at stuff to give me a little boost. I've seen those butt creams and pills and I'm sure some of them are trash. But I wondered if anyone has tried such things and has any recommendations?

I think you might be right Kathy. I've been looking a bit more into these. There are articles that say butt creams are no good like this
And there are some that say they are great like this
Ugh!! So much conflicting information!!
But you are right. I will definitely be checking in with my doctor soon.

I can not consider that they enhance what you've already executed with hard work. but you can continually ask your health practitioner! So i've been searching at stuff to offer me a touch improve. i have seen those butt creams and drugs and i am sure some of them are trash. however I wondered if anyone has attempted such things and has any tips?
