Default Happy thanksgiving!!

Just wanted to wish everyone a great Thanksgiving. Enjoy yourself while spending time with family and friends . Eat and drink in moderation keeping your goals in mind. Looking forward to hearing how others made this year different from past years.

Happy Thanksgiving back!

I'm having a non-traditional holiday. Roasted chickin, baked potato, salad. Will have pumpkin pie though.

I'll be having my cheat day. I'll probably consume 4000cals and 500g of carbs, then i'll feel like crap for the day.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Thanks everyone for your support.
