My rules:

My legs are definitely my fav part- all the running, biking and squats are paying off.
My legs have never been so rock hard and chiseled...
Least fav?...hard to say, everything is shaping up nicely except for the pockets of resistance, like the fatty layer that is obscuring my 6 pack and some back fat- I hate back fat.

Favorites are calves and triceps. I've never really worked calves they just happened from ice skating/hockey. Least favorite is still the stomach but it's getting better.

This is an easy one! My belly, 3 C-sections havenot done me well. Trying to be ok with the fact I will never have a flat tummy!
I am ok with my legs other than my extra skin on the upper thighs.
But as stated by other... In the past the worst list would have included a laundry list!
We had family pics taken last week, and I didn't hate them!
