1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.

This is an easy one! My belly, 3 C-sections havenot done me well. Trying to be ok with the fact I will never have a flat tummy!
I am ok with my legs other than my extra skin on the upper thighs.
