I think that's been the trend since you turned mod.
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.

more accurately it got busier when the SPAM was gone and of course the Team is to thank for that. i know what it can be like and it can take some time playing clean up.
