In high school I decided that I'd name my new email address after my favorite food at the time. Little did I know that in high school your favorite food changes 839935982 times.
Well, it stuck, so here I am.
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.

With my brilliant computer skills, I could not manage to register myself properly on Fitday the first time so I just wrote the first word that came to mind (don't ask me why it was canary; it's a nice bright yellow, cute bird, cheerful, I don't know.) Then I punched in two random numbers and it stuck. Thus Canary52.
