Motivation is a awesome thing. Change can come from with in if your mind is open to it. Love it!

For me, this is not just about weight loss or diet; it's about anything you want to do or any challenge you face. I need to watch this from time to time to remind myself.

That was awesome ! I know that a lot of people on this site suggest H.I.I.T. and/or running, but I have knee and back issues…Do you have any suggestions for low impact activities to start me on my journey?
